From an early age, Paige developed a keen interest in health and natural remedies, which shaped her journey towards understanding the body’s resilience. Instead of relying solely on conventional medicine for symptom relief, she explored holistic approaches to enhance her well-being. This curiosity ultimately led Paige to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

During her studies, physiotherapy helped Paige recover from sports injuries, but she felt drawn to a more holistic approach. Coaching fitness classes and completing Yoga Teacher Training further shaped her belief in integrating physical and spiritual practices for healing. Paige’s passion for proactive self-care and improving healthcare led her to Manual Osteopathy, aligning with her holistic beliefs in the body’s interconnectedness and self-healing abilities.

Specializing in Cranial Therapy, Myofascial Remodeling, Osteoarticulations, and Visceral Manipulation, Paige addresses the nervous system and fascia to support holistic vitality. Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners, she aims to optimize their modalities’ benefits for comprehensive client care, empowering genuine healing and well-being.
